This high end commercial building’s design evolved from local climate, culture, environment and responds accordingly. The corner side of the building is pulled out towards Lusaka CPD and the focal point forces elevate the roof and outdoor spaces beneath and above.
The building it orientated exactly on the North South facing direction which gives opportunity for vertical shading to east west low angle morning and evening sun and horizontal shading to high midday sun. The interior concept has a work wellness and theme which integrates green walls with linear timber which promotes long life with nature and hardworking professional environment with a good work life balance.
